Tom Hiddleston, Maisie Williams and Nick Park on making history in Early Man

If you're in the mood for a quirky family movie this weekend, you're in for a treat with Early Man! Fans of Aardman Animations' other movies will instantly recognize their signature stop-motion style, here applied to a tale of Stone Age heroes facing off against a Bronze Age villain.

A plucky cave man named Dug (Eddie Redmayne), his sidekick Hognob and the rest of their tribe face a grave threat to their simple existence. Lord Nooth (Tom Hiddleston) plans to take over their land and transform it into a giant mine, forcing Dug and his clan to dig for precious metals. Not ready to go down without a fight, Dug and Hognob with their friend Goona (Maisie Williams) must unite their people in an epic quest to defeat a mighty enemy.

Pre-show host Tanner Zipchen sat with the Director, Nick Park, and voice talent Tom Hiddleston and Maisie Williams to talk about making this claymation epic. Watch our interview below and click here for tickets to Early Man!
