Synopsis

Presents a case study of technology and governance at the world's most important news source - the White House. Following former White House Press Secretary Joe Lockhart and his staff in the days leading up to the final press conference of Bill Clinton's term, the film considers the consequences of the ever-increasing demand for information and how that insatiable appetite for news has transformed the relationship between the American public and their government.
